Herbal teas are healthy drinks you can get from plants and flowers. They are commonly easy to serve and also taste good. 1. Teas are always better to drink while fresh. So, don’t wait too long to enjoy your tea. Some may need some minutes to let the tea blended well with boiled water.

2. You can put ice cubes if you want to serve cold, but hot tea is more recommended. Use honey or milk for sweeteners, or a little salt and low calories sugar as other variant.

3. Herbal teas are better to serve wholly, chopping the part of leave or flower will cause the oils and components inside to release.

4. For long-term health, you can have one before every bedtime, it will promote your body system to relax and so you can sleep well. You may also drink herbal tea after meal or in the morning.

5. Though it is natural, there are some restrictions however. You are not recommended to drink certain types of herbal teas during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and supervision under some types of medication.

6. You shouldn’t keep herbal teas for too long. Buy enough for one-month stock only, unless you want to drink fermented teas. You can store for as long as 6 months if they are stores in refrigerators.
